• All payments are non-refundable
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted
• Branding Partnership packages are final once payment is made
• Custom and private label services cannot be canceled after purchase

Manufacturing & Fulfillment Notice

• All products are manufactured and shipped directly from Italy. As a result, production and fulfillment timelines may vary.
• Cali Fae Gold Cosmetics acts as a partner and connector between clients and the manufacturer. Once an order is placed or a branding package is initiated, the process begins immediately and cannot be reversed.
